Villa Nadezhda is one of three houses that are rented out in the boutique complex "Inni Park". It's 10-12 minutes from Paradise Beach. Hosts have given all their love in creating this beautiful place. Each house has its own private barbeque, and all along with a pool with luxurious sun loungers. There is also a children's pool and trampoline. During the autumn-winter period, a spa with a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and a salt room are open. The space Villa "NADEZHDA" is located in a place where the mountain air meets the seashore. Its location is truly unique. Very suitable for people and especially children with frequent respiratory diseases. Not coincidentally, the complex is positioned right on the path of the air current, which is why this place years ago was located the famous "Sanatorium" for pulmonary diseases. The property is located, in a straight line, just above the 5-star Rio complex. The old town of Nessebar - a UNESCO Byzantine monument - is near the bay about 9 km away. A public transport stop is a 4-minute walk away. The complex consists of 4 separate houses in a large green plot with a beautiful sea view over the entire Nessebar Bay. You're on the beach within a 10-12 minute walk, and if you want to move around by car, your path to Paradise Beach will take nomorethan 2-3 minutes. There is a free parking area next to the beach. This beach is sandy and the sea is relatively shallow. There are 3 restaurants and there are umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. In front of our complex there is private parking for 8 cars available /no extra charge. You can enjoy a nice clean pool and luxurious sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. We also have a children's rattan pool, as well as safety vests. A secure trampoline is installed for our young guests. There will also be children's swings soon. We offer a unique retreat and a quiet green environment in the famous resort of Sunny Beach, where you will hear the song of the birds. Villa "NADEZHDA" has 4 separate double bedrooms and one large room on the first level /kitchen, dining room and a corner with sofas/ + quality sofa beds /one in two of the bedrooms/, as well as a large sofa bed in the dining room. We have three bathrooms with toilets. A maximum of 8 adults and 4 children is suitable for a total of 10 people. All rooms have a terrace or veranda overlooking the sea and the pool and are air-conditioned, we offer TV sets with internet in each room, Wi-Fi in each room, Next to the house is an incredibly beautiful self made of travertine stone - a barbecue with table and chairs, as well as an oven, sink, kitchenware, cookware, glasses and utensils. In the huge dining room of the house there is a luxurious kitchen equipped with absolutely everything needed to prepare food and drinks. There's a full size refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, stove top, ceramic stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle and coffee maker. There is also a working fireplace in this house that feels even more comfortable and luxurious. This luxurious house features a large panoramic terrace on the third floor, furnished with sofas, from which an amazing view of the entire Gulf of Nessebar is revealed.
