There is a queen size air mattress and linens available on request if additional guests are staying. There is an enclosed bathroom with laundry machines included. Central heat/air and smart tv for your comfort. Two large outdoor green trash cans with wheels located on the paved Deacon creek road in front of the property. Guest access The parking in front of the unit, gravel patio area and open floor plan unit is private for your use only. There is a shared deck on the side of the house. Other things to note There is a separate upstairs loft available for rent. If you are interested to rent both units please inquire and we can arrange a discount for renting the two units.
