This beautifully renovated 1887 farmhouse is centrally-located. We are in the historic Corbin Park neighborhood. (Same landscapers as Central Park) We have carefully thought of everything to make your stay an enjoyable experience. You can enjoy biking, hiking, breweries, restaurants, skiing, boating and not to mention all of the festivals and entertainment venues that Spokane has to offer within a few miles of this house. We are close to several universities and hospitals, as well. Beautifully appointed rooms. Each room has a closet and a queen bed. You will have access to entire house except the basement. Please do not park your car in the garage, this space is off limits. You may use the garage fridge . We have plenty of other parking. Do not park in neighbors parking space, as well. Beautiful 1887 completely renovated farmhouse. This home is across the street and three homes from beautiful Corbin Park. This park was originally the first Racetrack in Spokane then later landscaped by Olmstead Brothers (Same as Central Park) It is a beautiful tree lined park. Bring your basket ball, tennis rackets , horse-shoes or play Croquet, which we have for you and enjoy your time in this park. There are bike lanes right outside our home. You can ride your bike to River Park Square, which is only 2.0 miles. Take your car to Mt. Spokane (28 miles and go skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, Within a 1.5 miles you can bike to the river, paddle board, fly fish or see the falls. Lists of lakes: Liberty Lake (18.3 Miles), Post Falls Id (26.6 miles) Coeur d'Alane (32 miles) there are 76 lakes within an hours drive of Spokane. Driving is easy in Spokane and we have plenty of parking space, up to 4 cars. We ask for all guests to be mindful of the neighbors. No parties.
