Cozy apartment on the ground floor of a residential building, with 1 suite, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, living room with sofa bed for 1 person and 1 single mattress. Appliances, household utensils, water filter, 2 beach chairs, sun umbrella and cooler available. We do not provide bed/bath linen. Condominium next to the SESC Ecological Reserve and 600 meters from SESC Bertioga. It is 900 meters from the beach and 4 km from the Center. Close to shops. Simple condominium with no leisure area. The space The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days at the beach or even rest as long as you need. The kitchen is equipped with good appliances if you want to prepare a special recipe during your stay. Mattress and pillow covers are used to make cleaning easier between guests. Here, keeping the resting place clean is a priority. Some games and books are available in case that summer rain comes to cool off the late afternoon. Check-in until 10 p.m. Check-out until 12 noon.
