(Stained linens guests will be charged depends which linens got stained or damaged) *No storage of Durian *No cooking of DRIED FISH *Only light cooking is allowed to avoid to trigger the smoked alarm (Smoked alarm activated Php5,000 Penalty by the admin building) * Do not damage or stain furniture and appliances necessary damage fee or replacement will be imposed on the guest. * Guest is liable to pay any penalty if they violate any building rules and must pay directly to the admin building immediately once ticket violation was issued to them. *Only registered guests can access the unit and no Visitors are allowed.
