Trasgu. Rural accommodation between forest and beach

Casa Selmo has everything you are looking for: a rural house in an isolated place in the mountains, with good access to the door and close to the main points of interest in Asturias. The Trasgu room is in the attic and, when the sky allows, you can see the stars from the bed. That's why it's the favorite of our most dreamy guests. The space The Trasgu room is located on the second floor of the house and is an attic room. The bed is placed in such a way that, when there are no clouds, you can see the starry sky through the window. That's why it's the favorite of our most dreamy guests. The dresser and auxiliary furniture have been placed in the undercover area to make the most of every inch of this single room, which also has a full private bathroom and access to all common areas (described below), with in-room TV and free WiFi. Breakfast is not included in the price but we offer you a couple of options so you can choose the one you like best. If you bring your pets, please let us know when booking: the price of your stay will vary depending on their size and length of stay. Guest access In the common areas, you can enjoy a spacious living room with TV, library, board games, and a work area. Wi-Fi is free throughout the house. You will also have access to the kitchen, where you can prepare a snack, a nice dining room equipped with everything you need, and we also have a shared fridge in the hall in case you need to store something. Outside the house you can also, when the weather permits, have breakfast in the garden, relax in the hammock area or lie on the grass to enjoy the sun with exceptional views of the valley. This century-old house is located in a privileged enclave: it is less than twenty minutes from Gijón, Avilés, Candás and Luanco, and very close to semi-wild and beautiful beaches such as Xivares, Antromero, Rebolleres or El Tranqueru. It is also ideal as your headquarters if you want to get to know all of Asturias since, within a radius of less than an hour's drive, you have the main tourist spots of both the east and west of Asturias, such as Ribadesella, Cangas de Onís, Oviedo, Infiesto, Villaviciosa, Luarca, Cudillero or Tazones. And, if you are looking to disconnect from everything and rest without moving from the place, in the surroundings you will find routes and points of interest to get to know the area such as the 17th century hermitage of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios or the route of the Dolmens of Mount Areo, ideal for walking among nature and forgetting about the world. During your stay Alexis will greet you at the house. He will be available to prepare breakfast, solve any eventuality or help you with whatever you need, from providing you with more towels to making local recommendations.
