Conveniently located right off I-35 and Johnson Drive, 20 mins from KC airport, 15mins from downtown, P&L district or Convention Center. Our home has been beautifully remodeled- large common areas for entertaining family and friends. The large yard, beautifully decorated space and well stocked kitchen will leave you wanting for nothing; Convenient, safe and clean, you can get anywhere in KC quickly and retreat to a great little city within the city. Everything has been modernized while care was taken to ensure that all character was preserved. Up to date appliances, thoughtfully appointed kitchen supplies, and careful decorating makes this a top notch property. This home feels cozy, comfortable and relaxing. It includes new furniture, new carpet, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room is a great place to relax with its comfortable couch and large screen TV with Wifi and includes ROKU TV which enables you to stream your favorite shows (with your own log in info). Back patio has grill and seating area to relax outdoors. The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion. Located in a nice quiet Neighborhood. Ideally located near major highway access - you can get almost anywhere in KC in just minutes. 1 block from I-35 and Johnson Drive. Park in our private driveway. Uber is available and there is a bus line nearby within walking distance. House Rules. No Smoking Inside, No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests. $500 Fee for breaking House Rules. Refunds For Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. And if we can’t fix them, we want to make sure you are protected. However, in order to receive any refunds for trip-related issues that are within our control, we need to know about them when they happen. This is important if you ever have noise complaints, or something keeping you up at night in one of our properties - we want to know, and fix it right then! This gives us the opportunity to make things better, and prohibits the very few bad apples from trying to get their trip for free. (It happens.) We want you to be happy and the entire trip to be stress free and smooth. And we will responsively and promptly take care of any issues you may have. Lost and Found Policy. Did you leave something valuable behind? We want to help! We have contracted with our cleaning services to contact the guest, and return anything that may be of value. The charge for returning lost items (that fit in a standard envelope) is $50. We DO NOT keep, and will not return left over food, alcohol, or anything that is disposable. Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 11:00 a.m. There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests.
