Silt kissing and bathing until you shrank ❤️ Suitable for two but the cottage is also a lovely place to book for yourself. The tranquility, the small hamlet, the feeling of safety… The space You have the entire home completely to yourself. The house exudes atmosphere: vintage all over, with original Cassina sofas and a lovely 1000 tukkies lounger that you slide back for blissful naps. There are blankets and pillows everywhere, and you will find books, magazines and games for long, relaxing days… ~ Kitchen & coffee The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher has: • Moccamaster • Nespresso • Milk frother • Toaster • Well-stocked cupboard The best coffee and tea are waiting for you – unlimited enjoyment. ~ Bathroom & sleeping Downstairs you will find the bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. The upper floor is one open space with a large, made-up bed (180 x 200) full of pillows. From bed you step into the bath… alone or with two 🤩 Please note: the floor is quite low, so the bed is on the floor (see beam in photo). For guests with difficulty walking, this may be less suitable. ~ Warm & full of character The brick floor comes from an old abbey and underneath is underfloor heating. As a result, the cottage is also wonderfully comfortable in the colder months. ~ Unique: the old baking oven room The original oven used to provide the whole hamlet with bread. Now he is retired, but during the renovation we were allowed to keep this beautiful piece of history. The oven room is now a cozy space that you can use as: • Breakfast room • Game room • Workplace A real eye-catcher in the house. ~ Semi-offline enjoyment We have deliberately not placed a TV, so you can really relax. However, there is: • Internet/WiFi • A Sonos speaker ~ Garden & outdoor life There is sun or shade somewhere all day: The front garden is very sunny, with unobstructed views and morning sun. Guest access The cottage and gardens are entirely at your disposal during the stay Other things to note The cottage is located in a small hamlet with incredibly sweet neighbors. Of course, we want to keep our relationship with them well and ask you to take this into account by keeping it quiet and, for example, not playing music outside. We do not allow pets or children in this cottage. Tourist tax in 2026 is €2.50 pppn and must be paid separately upon arrival or departure.
