Seascape is a premier resort community located on the Emerald Coast offering golf cart and bike rentals, pickle-ball, tennis, BBQ grills, catch and release fishing on Stewart Lake, and dining options all within walking distance of the villa. The pool is steps away! Kick back and relax at Echo’s of the Gulf- your lakefront villa in a beachfront resort! The space Wi-Fi and cable provided throughout the space. Kitchen -Electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher -Fully appointed with utensils, pots, pans, small appliances, dinnerware for 4 -Full kitchen with a sit up bar -Private screened-in patio with swing Dining Sit up bar has seating for 4 Bedroom -1 King bed in first/only bedroom. Memory-foam mattress with all white linens. Cozy, coastal vibe. Smart TV with cable. Office Desk. Other Sleeping Arrangement: 1 Queen size murphy bed located in the living room. Memory-foam mattress with all white linens. Living -One large couch -One accent chair -Coffee table, end table, lamp -Smart TV -Entertainment Center with surround sound. Bathroom -Private bathroom with stand up shower only. -White subway tile shower and glass shower wall - Luxury Hotel Towels and Washcloths -Separate towels for Makeup Removal -Starter toiletries provided -Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash provided in shower Guest access At Echo’s of the Gulf you will have access to the entire villa except for an owners closet. Parking is right out your front door! We provide guests with one complimentary parking pass. Additional passes are $20/each and MUST be requested prior to arrival. On arrival day, we will send you check-in details and your unique villa access code via Airbnb messenger. The host is available if you have any questions or inquiries. Thank you! Other things to note Our unit will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. A 5th small child or infant with a pack-n-play could be an option, but needs to be approved by the host. Guests will have access to 4 of the 6 resort pools on Seascape Property, including our seasonally heated “Boardwalk Villas” Pool which is steps from the front door! If visiting the pool, you must bring the required pool bands while there. These will be provided in the unit for you. If pool bands are lost, there will be a $20 charge per band lost. Reminder- There will be 1 parking pass in the unit upon arrival. If additional parking passes are needed please let the host know via the Airbnb app upon booking or prior to arrival. **Additional parking passes are $20/each** EVERY vehicle on Seascape property is required to have a parking pass.
