With the Yorkshire dales within a 20 mile radius, this cottage is the ideal retreat after a day of exploring the countryside . Guest access This two bedroom holiday cottage in a North Yorkshire village is the perfect dog friendly, tranquil retreat. The local pub is just a stones throw away over the road. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Living room: Wood burning stove, two-seater sofa, armchair, TV. Wi fi. Kitchen: Electric oven with 3 ring electric induction hob, built in microwave, fridge/ freezer, combined washing machine/ tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom: Shower, Bath, heated towel rail, toilet and sink basin. Master Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2): Double bed, two bedside lamps, built in wardrobe with hangers, dressing table with stool. Ironing board and iron and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): Double bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe with hangers. Outside: Free parking for one small car, in front of the cottage. Or park on the road nearby. Private secure garden ( 1 minute walk away). Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided, all bedding is hypoallergenic. Parking available for one small car. 1 small dog is more than welcome. No other pets allowed. Free wifi available Firepit/barbecue supplied on request however guests are welcome to bring their own. The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk. No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. Tandem hire and helmets are available at a small price at your own risk. The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Events are not permitted without prior consent. A security deposit is required at this property. Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10am.
