Our holiday home is a converted Grade II listed Reading Rooms. Downstairs is essentially an open-plan living space with a kitchen area, dining area and lounge area plus bathroom/toilet. Upstairs there are 3 basic bedrooms plus a shower room/toilet. Outside there is a parking space for 2 cars behind the property together with a small, separate seating area. It is available throughout the year as it benefits from good gas-fired central heating and has a functioning open fireplace.
