House with sea view near the beach & Fast Internet

A charming rural semi-detached house situated on a very quiet hill with incredible views of both the sea and the mountains. It is 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach, Valle-Niza, and is located 2-minutes’ drive from the nearest town, Benajarafe. It is 22 minutes away from Malaga, 20 minutes to Nerja and 55 minutes to Granada. It is a heaven for those avoiding flocks of tourists in the Summer with many wide beaches nearby and the charming chirniguitos some with live music. High speed internet The space We have renovated the entire house including the rooftop in order to offer a very comfortable and enjoyable stay while keeping it’s rural character. There are two terraces, one on the ground floor and the larger one on the rooftop. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor together with a living-room, fully-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with its own full bathroom. There are two ACs in the house. The privileged location of the house being on the top of a hill provides it with lots of light, cool breezes and most spectacularly the views so one can see the sea while having a shower or from the bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, juice-maker, electric kattle. There is also a washing machine. The television isa 55" SmartTV with Netflix subscription. Even though it is located near the beach and town center, we highly recommend having a car. Guest access The entire house.
