The decor is modern and cozy with lots of natural tones and a mix of mid-century & nordic furniture with lush indoor plants. The space This is a studio apartment with its own private deck on the lower level of a 3.5 story duplex. Both apartments are completely separate except for the laundry room and they both have their own entrances. There's a large backyard perfect for kids, dogs and just relaxing. I own the entire duplex, the backyard and the large parking area. Inside the apartment you'll find lots of dark wood trim, natural tones with a charming brick wall that divides the kitchen and the living room/ bedroom area. The eclectic decor continues into the single full bathroom with a shower/tub. You'll have access to one off street parking space and an off street parking spot equipped with a level 2 EV charger and full access to the backyard. There is a laundry room shared with the apartment above this one but my cleaner is typically the only one who uses it (from 11am-1pm), her name's Monica and she's super nice. Guest access You have access to the shared laundry room (shared with upper apartment) the studio apartment, parking spaces, the large backyard and the studio apartment's back porch! Other things to note There are string lights that plug into the outlet next to the front door, you can turn them by plugging them in.
