Our rustic cabin is located in a peaceful, airy setting! It has front and back screened porches for additional living/dining space. And brand new central HVAC! The WiFi is strong for streaming and WiFi calling. Grab a boat at one of the local marinas to get out on Lake Burton. Surrounded by lovely mountains, this cabin has a relatively flat lot. The neighbors are super friendly, but will leave you alone for privacy. We are just a text or message away if you need anything. The space Our cabin is a 2 bedroom/2 bath (both baths on the main floor) with the 2nd bedroom being a large sleeping loft that has both full and queen size beds. There is a TV in the great room and another in the main floor bedroom. Both are able to connect through Roku if you have an account. And we do have YouTube TV and Frndly as well. We are across the street from Lake Burton, so we are close to the water. Access to the lake can be found at the local marinas and publicly at Moccasin Creek State Park as well as the Timpson Cove Beach. The city of Clayton is about 15 minutes away and has ample restaurants and shops. LaPrade's Marina offers seasonal dining and boat ramp. Anchorage Boat Dock also offers all seasonal amenities. There are so many trails, parks, horseback riding facilities, zip lines and hiking opportunities all around the cabin. And spend an afternoon visiting some of the North Georgia wineries that are nearby. Our family is very happy that you have chosen our cabin to visit! Things we want to be sure you are aware of: 1. The stairs to the loft are very steep and are basically like a ladder with handrails. 2. The cabin is not ON the lake. Lake access is through one of the local marinas or several public entrances. 3. We do not allow pets at the cabin. Guest access Complete access to the full cabin and grounds. Other things to note There is a neighboring cabin that sometimes shares the driveway. They will pull all the way up to the right. Our cabin is on the left when coming up the drive. Just a reminder that: 1.
