The kitchen is straight out of a magazine with its beautiful colors, open cabinets, and chef's appliances. The king master bedroom is on the first floor with a private bath. Upstairs are two more bedrooms that share a hall bath, a queen bedroom and a double full bedroom with twin bed. To the back of the house is a fully appointed guest house with featuring two more bedrooms. It is a separate suite with a king bedroom on the first floor with a sitting area and living room with a kitchenette. Up the stairs is the fifth bedroom, featuring a custom built in twin bunk and an adjacent love seat sofa, television, and armoire for ample storage. The shared bathroom is shower only. The most surprising of all is up another flight of stairs to the amazing tower deck where you can see just about the entirety of Seaside and great gulf views.
