The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa, perfectly folding out to sleep an additional 2 guests. The bedroom holds a queen bed, with a sliding glass door that lets into a screened porch room with 2 beautiful beach chairs to make you feel like you are on the sand at all times. This is perfect for those nice Myrtle Beach breezes. The bathroom is cute and has a nautical and elegant theme . Completely updated and modern, the main living area is spacious and has all you need to feel at home: Full kitchen ( stainless steel fridge, stove, sink, & dishwasher). There is also a breakfast bar, that leads into the living room, and a cozy entertainment center with a Smart TV. Guest access No shared spaces-you will have access to everything within the condo! Other things to note For pool access: the pool closes promptly at 10pm every day ! You must plan accordingly. The lock requires pool users to punch in a code on the way INTO the pool and also when LEAVING the pool. It is a two-sided lock. The code is 86543
