Guest access You'll check in at the front desk when you arrive - they'll issue your key card, which grants access to your unit and all lodge amenities. The front desk is located to the right as you enter through the double doors at the front of the building. Your unit is one floor down from the desk; use the stairs or elevator in the lobby and follow the signs to your unit number. If you're arriving after hours, lock boxes are located in the vestibule just inside the first set of double doors where you can retrieve your key card. Other things to note Your key card unlocks the pool and hot tub, located behind a glass door on the first floor in the center of the building - towels are provided in a large enclosed bin there. The fitness center is also on the first floor in the center of the building and requires your key card for entry.
