Guests will access the entire town home minus a locked closet. There is plenty of cabinet and closet space in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests also have full access to Deer Park Resort which boasts a small lake with beach and fishing, decks with gas grills, an indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, game room, arcade, weight and cardio room, tennis, racquetball, ice skating, large fireplace with sitting area and more. This is a great year-round private resort with convenient access to the Pemi River, Franconia Notch State Park for hiking and the Flume Gorge and Lost River Gorge. Shuttle access to Loon Mountain and a 15 min drive from Cannon Mountain. Just a 5 min drive to Ice Castles in the winter. So many things do all year long.
