Your Hummelstown home away from home
This home, in a quaint, charming walkable neighborhood, is steps away from locally owned restaurants, shops and breweries. After a big day at Hersheypark, visiting a loved one at the medical center, or indulging your inner Civil War buff, this is the perfect place to have a family meal and game night (games are in the end tables), or a barbecue and cocktails around the firepit. Use the QR code in the photo gallery to take a virtual tour. We are sorry but we cannot allow pets. This is absolute. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, teas, coffee and appliances for those who prefer home-cooked meals while traveling. There is a bathtub rack that accommodates a book and a glass of wine. The bay window in the living room offers a view of beautiful historic homes and, in fall, the gorgeous northeast fall colors of the trees. The L-shaped yard on this corner lot invites visiting around the firepit, peaceful yoga or children's play. The L-shaped office desk lets you spread out with your computer on one side and paperwork on the other. High-speed, reliable wifi is included, as are basic office supplies. There are also three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. There is a covered carport and an additional car will fit in the driveway. Please do not park on the street. Owners are in town if there is an immediate need. Your comfort is our joy. This is the family vacation stay you will remember forever. Go to Hersheypark, Gettysburg and the Renaissance Faire. Take a riverboat ride on the Susquehanna River. Swim, fish and kayak on the lake. Explore the Indian Echo Caverns. And in between, hit up the farmer's market, wineries, breweries, museums (Civil War, Hershey, Antique Automobile Collectors), the local eateries and creameries, and antique and used-book stores. Look at our reviews. The neighborhood is as charming as they come. Hershey may be just minutes away, but this rental is a couple of houses from the best handmade chocolates you will ever discover. Look for the house with the sign "Chocolates by Tina Marie." Italian food at JoJo's, lunch at Roxy's Chatterbox Cafe, an independent toy and puzzle shop, the Rubber Soul brewery and an antique shop are all steps from the front door. We are 3 miles (8 minutes by car) from Hersheypark.
