Beautiful chalet with stunning views of Lake Fleury. The cottage is turnkey, you just have to bring your belongings and food. The lake is suitable for swimming and a platform is set up in the middle of the lake. Includes: - High-speed internet - 2 pedal boats (if you're not sensitive to the cold) - Netflix/Disney+ - Nintendo Switch for kids (or adults) - Pool table and board games. The space 4-season chalet on the shores of Lac Fleury, located in Sainte-Ursule (1 hour 15 minutes from Montreal). Master bedroom with king size bed 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed in the mezzanine Open-concept dining/living room, cathedral roof with large windows and lake view. Bedding, kitchen linen and towels (shower + bath) are provided. Washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, TV (Switch and some games + Netflix/Disney+) Several activities nearby: Sainte-Ursule Falls, Prémont vineyard, etc. The chalet complies with the new maintenance guide and instructions issued by the government in relation to Covid-19. Guest access You will have full access to the cottage (except the workshop) Other things to note NO SMOKING in the chalet 2 pedal boats available in summer. A platform in the middle of the lake is available for swimming. (Shared by the people of the lake) It is prohibited to exceed the maximum capacity of the number of people who can sleep there, unless otherwise agreed upon with the owners. Aquatic equipment, games/controllers and consoles must be stored in their places. The landlord reserves the right to evict, without compensation, tenants who refuse to comply with the regulations governing the property. Please keep the premises clean when you leave, i.e.: dishes washed, refrigerator, freezer and pantry emptied of your items, kitchen and bathroom trash cans emptied.
