Private room, steps away from the sand

Feel welcome! Our space is ideal for those looking to enjoy the island, beaches, restaurants, tours and strolls, as well as contact with nature, tranquility and renewal. All this in a warm and cozy atmosphere. My partner and I live in Rio Tavares, Vila da Cruz, the last house on the street. The house is very cozy and welcoming, right next to the sandbanks and 3 minutes from Rio Tavares beach, which is between Joaquina Beach and Campeche Beach. The space The private spaces for guests are the bathroom and the bedroom, equipped with bath and face towels, personal hygiene products, blankets, bed linens and pillows. The room is also equipped with drawers, a blackout curtain, accessible electrical outlets and shelves. It is important to note that the room is small (7.5 m²) and the beds are lower. The space is very quiet, cozy and welcoming. Ideal for those looking to rest or work. We have our backyard with a hammock, chairs, barbecue, shower and beanbags. In the kitchen, we have pots, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and other utensils that are shared, in addition to the oven, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We also share the living room, which is a super cozy environment with a beanbag, plants, sofa, our piano and books. We offer breakfast or afternoon coffee, a separate service, with delicious options and we serve it in bed for you! Guest access The backyard, kitchen, living room and laundry room are our shared spaces. In order to circulate more freely, we leave a copy of the door key and a control of the automatic gate with the guests. We also provide the code to unlock the electronic door lock. The access trail to the beach is next to our wall, 3 minutes to get there! Other things to note Our Wi-Fi is 400 mega, and it works very well in every room in the house. It is excellent for home office or watching videos, TV series and the like. We live in the last house on the street and our neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly, full of contact with nature and respect. We value a clean, organized environment and good communication.
