Often referred to as England's last wilderness, our area is a marvellous land of biodiversity. It was Europe's first UNESCO Geopark. THE ANNEX.. GLASS DOORS TO PORCH...for your walking gear etc.. opening to the sitting area .....comes with all mod cons including a fridge, microwave, fully equipped kitchen electric hob and oven. open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen. tv, extra blankets. There is a downstairs shower room and upstairs bathroom with bath /wc/and sink( eves gives restrictive headroom), upstairs' double bed with storage draws complimentary tea/coffee...The whole space is exclusive use. Guest access car park on the large drive, access to our 4 acres ( note that parts of the season we have sheep roaming, so dogs need to be on a lead. Public footpath leading over our land,2minute walk to the village shop ,nent mines, model village Other things to note the heating is set for your comfort please use sparingly to keep our costs down. if you are bringing your dog(1 dog allowed), please add on before booking as there's a small additional cleaning cost or can pay cash £20 on arrival thank you
