The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you and with a 2 night minimum you will receive a $25 gift certificate to use at your leisure at The Blue Heron Restaurant located right next door. We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. The space The Whole inside has been completely renovated and updated with 2 flat screen TVS. It is a 2 story house. The upstairs is wide open with a king size bed. The upstairs bathroom has a stand up tile shower and a half bathroom is located downstairs. Our Kitchen is stocked with coffee, hot tea, and a few bottled waters. Guest access You will have full access to the whole property. The bedroom and shower are located upstairs. We have a side patio with a hot tub and private fire area private just to you. Other things to note We supply 2 fluffy robes for your enjoyment while relaxing or using the hot tub. We also have a variety of games for you to play such as Yahtzee, a deck of cards, and many others. We supply wood for you to make a fire. With a 250 year old building comes certain challenges. Our Shower height is around 6 feet 4 inches. We supply all the bedding and towels.
