In addition to the super king-size bed on the upper level, the living room sofa allows accommodation for up to 3 guests in total. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, toster, and all essential cookware and tableware (pots, frying pans, cutlery, utensils, mugs, and dishes). The apartment features a small private terrace with magnificent views of Kotor Old Town and Kotor Bay. On sunny days, enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco, or take in rooftop vistas, sea views on one side, Old Town rooftops on the other, with the illuminated Kotor Fortress behind you in the evening. Please note that the property consists of two separate buildings with separate entrances: one with the living room and bedroom, and the other with the kitchen and bathroom. The entire space is for your private use only. All bars, restaurants, cafés, small shops, and a supermarket are just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Guest access Our home is located within the medieval walls of Kotor Stari Grad, in the pedestrian-only area. If you’re arriving by car, several paid parking lots are available near the Old Town (about a 5–7 minute walk). Free street parking is also available, but spots are very limited. Please see our Kotor Guidebook for recommended parking locations or simply message us. The closest city gates are the South (Gurdić) Gate and the Theatre (Pozorište) Gate, just a 2–3 minute walk from the property. The walkway and entrance are well lit, and the apartment has a private entrance. We offer self check-in for your convenience, or Meet & Greet is also an option upon request and availability:) Other things to note 🕒 Check-in is from 3:00 PM. 🕙 Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an extra fee, please let us know in advance, though availability cannot be guaranteed. 🔑 We provide self check-in with a detailed guide. Meet & greet is available upon request and availability. 🍽️ Our guests may enjoy a special-rate breakfast at a nearby restaurant (not included, paid directly; available only from May till October). The good news is that it is already included in the accommodation price, and we take care of the registration.
