The Admiral's residence

If you are looking for an experience that immerses you in an atmosphere of other times, then you have found the right place. Large apartment of about 140 square meters, located on the noble floor of the ancient building of one of the historic families of Lerici. The building is located in via Cavour, in the historic center and enjoys a strategic location. The building is away from the confusion of the center, but close to shops, restaurants, the Castle and a few hundred meters from the beaches. The space The apartment can be reached both via the large staircase and comfortably with the lift. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed into a prestigious hall with a frescoed vault, very bright and elegant where the paintings of the Admiral's sailing ships, former owner of the house, and other details of the history of his family stand out, such as the coat of arms of the family in the center of the Genoese mosaic floor. From the living room through the beautiful original period doors you enter the three double bedrooms and the large and very bright dining room, also with a frescoed vault and overlooking the garden which was once the park of the building. The bedrooms in turn lead to the two bathrooms, while the dining room leads to the well-equipped kitchen with 4 gas burners, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge, as well as everything you need (crockery, cutlery and pots). The bedrooms are all doubles, two doubles with classic nineteenth-century furnishings and one furnished with modern furniture with two single beds; the blind bathroom, located near the latter bedroom, is equipped with a shower, while the master bathroom, large and with window, is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. Guest access The apartment is in its entirety at the full disposal of customers. There are no common areas inside the building. It is not possible to leave luggage or other personal items inside the entrance of the building. Other things to note Lerici is an ancient town, whose main problem is parking cars, to solve this, the Admiral's residence has a private garage located 300 meters from the apartment (you must contact the Host directly). Guests will have to compensate for any damage caused to sheets and linens. They are therefore requested not to use the latter as beach towels on the beach.
