Enjoy the beautiful ambiance the Red Barn provides, with it charming twisted brick fireplace, to the beautiful exposed beams and indoor natural wood work this place has it all. We have several lounge areas in the home for large family gatherings. Whether it’s curling up with a good book next to the fireplace or watching a movie in the cinema room with the family. With two 60” smart TVs on main floor and lower level, a hot tub, and the large Red Barn attached to the house, there is a place for everyone to enjoy their own space. The Red also provides a large deck with adequate seating for all guests equipped with a full grill. The deck over looks the backyard and hot tub area and is great for summer gatherings at the red barn. For winter activities; we are situated centrally to all the major ski resorts in the area, 30 min to Stowe, 1 hr Bolton (for night skiing only $25 a lift ticket from 4-8), 45 min Burke, 1 hr Jay Peak (water park is a blast), 30 min smugglers notch. For site seeing and tourist attractions Stowe and Waterbury offer plenty. For summer activities; The red barn offers plenty of activities inside for those rainy days enjoy; table tennis, boxing, or basket ball in the Barn. For summer outdoor activities, their are bikes stored in the barn for your use, plenty of hiking trails close by such as the pinnacle in Stowe, and Elmore lake is a 3 min drive with picturesque Mountain View’s that will allow your vacation to set in immediately. The National State Park is just a 1 mile walk away for swimming, kayaking and hiking up Elmore mountain, overlooking the lake. We have neighbours closely so not isolated We have bikes but you will need a car to get to us and in the winter snow tires or a 4wd drive. The Elmore Store is 1 mile away and has a post office, general Store and cafe with hot/cold food/drinks. For larger grocery shops Hannafords and price chopper shopping center is located about 10 mins away in morrisville.
