Pets are allowed, but the accommodation is non-smoking! you will be able to access the apartment through a secure key box. the use of the sofa bed is charged €20 per stay if you are two people, and €20 per person per day if you are 3! Guest access The nearest metro is Place de Fêtes (5 min) but we prefer to arrive by the Jourdain metro (7 min) which offers more shops, stores and neighborhood life; both on line 11, which leads in 15 minutes to one of the main stations of the center of Paris, Châtelet, an important crossroads because it distributes transport in most corners of the city and its surroundings. Parking spaces are those in the neighborhood that are paid during the day and free at night, but it is not always easy to find a space, it's Paris! Other things to note I am an opera singer and the accommodation is my place of life and inspiration, which I rent occasionally because I travel a lot for my work.
