Sleeping accommodation (couch) near the fair/festival hall

PLEASE READ! This is an opportunity for ONE person to stay in my living room with balcony. Location is close to Skyline Plaza, 15 min. walk to the back entry of the Fair (Messe) and concert hall (Festhalle). Supermarket (5 Min). Busses to main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and to the metro.
