Gorgeous Private Room with a Private en-suite bathroom in a 1890s Victorian house; Free On-Street Parking in Belfast's historical Falls Road area. The City centre is just a 25-30 minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride, and the Royal Victoria Hospital is only a 2-minute walk. Local bars and takeaways are within walking distance, and good restaurants are just a taxi or bus ride away. All bookings are for Airbnb guests only. Please do not bring friends back to visit or sleep. This is not allowed. The space The house has just been refurbished. The bedroom has a private en-suite with a shower and is tastefully decorated in keeping with the Victorian period home. I have gas heating and double glazing. The bed is a full-size double, 4'6'' x 6'3'' (135cm x 190cm), with Egyptian cotton sheets. The furniture is of a high standard, and the beds are high-quality. The room has an Ethernet port for high-speed internet and WiFi. The back sitting room/dining room is shared with two other guests if I have any during your stay. There is a complimentary tea/coffee-making facility in the bedroom. Guest access Your Private bedroom and private bathroom. The back sitting room/dining room is shared with one, maybe two, other guests. During your stay I try to keep things as private for guests as possible; I'm easy to contact whenever you need me. Other things to note If you are in Belfast for a house party, I recommend you book an entire place or a hotel. Unfortunately, I’ve had several bad experiences with groups of people, bringing people back, being noisy and treating my home like a hotel. My Airbnb guests are NOT allowed to bring back friends to visit or sleep under any circumstances.
