Every corner of the home is thoughtfully arranged to give families and groups plenty of room to relax, connect, and enjoy their stay. The villa is conveniently located in Aguada and a quick 2-minute drive to the beach where you will be greeted with an abundance of restaurants and bars. It is also centrally located to both Rincon (10 minutes) and Aguadilla (15 minutes). Upon entering the first level you have a large seating area, dining room and kitchen. Complete with a huge walk-in closet, private bathroom and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 – King Bedroom Clean, bright, and inviting on the second floor. Perfect for couples or solo guests looking for quiet comfort. Bedroom 3 – Queen Bedroom with Soaking Tub Your own private retreat. This unique bedroom features a spa-like soaking tub surrounded by a dreamy flower wall, creating a peaceful space to relax and recharge. Robes are provided to complete the spa-like experience. Bedroom 4 – Two Full Beds A flexible and spacious setup great for families, kids, or friends traveling together. Also comes with a desk/ working space and a smart TV. *Every bedroom has its own A/C unit as well as two in the living rooms. For a total of 6 full sized A/C units, all independently controlled to maximize comfort. *Every bed is equipped with high-quality, luxury bamboo pillows and pillow-top mattress that will ensure a comfortable night sleep. *Each guest will be provided with an ultra-soft, highly absorbent towel. Please do not use white towels to remove makeup. There are dark face towels to wash your face. 🌿 Backyard Oasis One of the highlights of the home is the relaxing, zen-inspired backyard — a space designed for both daytime lounging and magical evenings outdoors. Your outdoor amenities include: Pergola with warm ambient lighting Private outdoor shower — perfect after a beach day BBQ grill + outdoor dining Comfortable seating for gathering, eating, or relaxing under the stars A wrap around balcony on the 2nd floor to catch the ocean views It’s the perfect place to start your morning with fresh air or end your night with a quiet drink. 🧺 Added Comforts & Essentials To make your stay even easier, the home includes: Beach gear (chairs, towels) Washer & dryer Fast WiFi Smart TVs Private parking Self check-in *The Villa is also equipped with a commercial grade 22kw Generator that has a automatic transfer switch that will ensure your vacation goes smoothly regardless of local weather and power outages. We also have a back up water cistern, with a commercial grade independent pump. (These are all backups to the local power & water grid) *If you are lucky, you may catch a "caballero" show on a weekend near the beach. Guest access The entire property is exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note Villa Hermosa is our personal vacation home throughout the year. We ask that you be gentle with our home and please abide by the house rules: - No parties - No smoking - Parking for only 3 Vehicles - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise (particularly outside) to a minimum after 10pm - Be environmentally friendly and turn off the air conditioning units when not in the rooms. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed while on, and turn off before leaving.
