The space The accommodation features a double bedroom with a king-size bed, and a fully furnished kitchen equipped with integrated appliances such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, and an electric hob and oven. It also boasts an open-plan living space with a dining table, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a three-seater and a single-seater sofa, which can be converted into a single bed. The bathroom comes with a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub and a shower combination, in addition to an electric shower. The apartment is conveniently situated on the first floor, accessible via either stairs or an elevator. For entertainment and connectivity, Netflix and fast fibre optic broadband are also provided. Guest access Throughout your visit, you'll enjoy unrestricted access to the whole property. We'll ensure that all essential check-in details are forwarded to you in a timely manner for a smooth arrival. An added bonus is the serene shared garden/patio area located on the first floor; a peaceful haven amidst the lively buzz of the city centre. Other things to note Please note: The property’s central location means the area can be lively, especially at night, and may not suit guests seeking complete quiet. Paid parking is available directly outside, with a long-term car park just two minutes away. For bookings of one or two guests, the double bedroom will be prepared. To use the sofa bed, please book for three guests so we can provide the additional bedding. To maintain good relations with our neighbours, we kindly ask guests to avoid parties and loud music after 11 p.m. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request with at least 48 hours’ notice.
