Enjoy our family river house that is outfitted for Easy Living! Located on the bank of the Saco River in Center Conway, this vacation home has easy access to all the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Enjoy the fresh mountain air relaxing riverside by the firepit or hangout in the ski theme finished basement enjoying a sports game on the flatscreen while playing a game of shuffleboard or darts. This cozy and specious house is perfect for your next family getaway. The space House has 5 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, and 2 Full Bunkbeds) and 2 full bathrooms. 1st Floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room. Second floor has two river view bedrooms and one full bathroom. Finished basement has 1 bedroom, living room, darts, shuffleboard, and washer/dryer unit. There is also a shed on the property that has tubes, outdoor chairs, and other outdoor essentials available. Guests will have access to kayak and canoes. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the outdoors while being close to the shopping outlets, restaurants and year-round activities of downtown North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley. Private water access from the backyard and views of the river from most every room. The beauty of the river extends through all four seasons and is fun for the whole family. From fishing, swimming and floating in the summer, beautiful foliage and the renowned Fryeburg Fair in the fall, skiing and boarding in the winter and spring, this home has it all. This house also features a gas fireplace, cable tv and wi-fi, gas grill and kitchen equipped with a gas stove, coffee maker and dishwasher. Walk-out to the backyard fire pit and stairs to the water (during warm summer months - install and removal date is always TBD pending weather). Vacation in the Mount Washington Valley awaits. This home is a not a party house and there is a zero tolerance policy for failing to adhere to the house rules. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood and our neighbors are important to us. To ensure a peaceful stay for all, the home has video camera in the backyard. This is our family home we use regularly and want to share with you as our extended family! Guest access Guests have access to entire property including kayaks, canoes, and tubes. Guests do not have access to the Softtub on the back deck. Beach across the river is private and not available for use. Other things to note There are many vintage winter ski/snow artifacts, displays, and memorabilia in the basement.
