Listen to concerts from the back patio, 2 brand new bikes for your use, plus Niagara Scenic Trolley stop at the corner with free shuttle to Niagara Falls and Fort Niagara! The space Guests will have access to the entire first floor (we rent an apartment upstairs) and also the back patio is for your enjoyment. Spacious kitchen with large dining table, Cherry hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms, one full bath, large living room with bay window and queen sleep sofa. There is a washer and dryer in the unfinished basement if needed. The garage is not for your use other than to access the two new Schwinn bikes or to dispose of garbage. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire first floor apartment plus back patio. Laundry (washer & dryer) are located in the basement if needed. There are four entrances (front door, side door with key pad, and two back sliding glass doors to patio. Other things to note The detached garage is not for use by guests, however you may enter to access the bikes and dispose of garbage if needed.
