Hot Tub and Game Night Close to Canyons

Rustic Spring Retreat is the perfect base camp for exploring the Wasatch Front. At our townhouse situated between the Cottonwood Canyons, you will be less than 16 miles from 4 ski resorts, hiking, mountain biking, and downtown SLC. Our virtual house manual is your guide to the local Cottonwood Heights area, and contains online maps for easy navigation to the house and local attractions. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy playing board games at the end of the day with your family and friends. The space This 3-level townhouse is located in a small community and the perfect size for families or reconnecting friends. On a cold night, snuggle up and play games or stream movies on our fast fiber internet while the chef of your group prepares meals and drinks to refuel you after a day of adventuring. Step out to the patio and use the propane BBQ to grill a feast. Wander upstairs and stake your claim to one of 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom and en suite bathroom features a relaxing jetted tub, double sink vanity, spacious walk-in closet, and TV. Next door, a full-over-full bunk bed where reconnecting college roommates or kids can call dibs on top bunk. Bedroom number 3 features a king bed and TV. Also located on this floor is a second full bathroom and a laundry space. The downstairs suite is the perfect escape for the grandparents, another family, or anyone needing to escape and get some work done on the road. Apres ski in the hot tub, perfect for soothing those tired muscles after a day on the slopes or trails. Our garage fits 1 standard size vehicle, and there are 2 spots in the driveway. There is no street parking, but additional spaces are available at the north end of the community. This is a no smoking, no vaping property. We are a fully licensed STR. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Other things to note There are steps in this house. The living room is sunken, there is 1 step.
