La Bodega - Rustic villa with jacuzzi and pool

Villa La Bodega is part of a historic Canarian finca in the rural island center. The rooms extend to more levels. On the lower floor there is an airy salon with dining area, the kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs is another bedroom and a bathroom en suite. Relax by the pool of the large sun terrace or indoor hot tub! The villa with rustic canarian charm is also the perfect starting point to explore the island. The space La Bodega is a spacious rustic holiday villa for 4 people. The villa has a very individual architecture, which results from its history: as a wine press, it was part of an authentic Canarian winery and was lovingly restored, without losing its original charm. The house features multiple levels. Right in the entrance area is the cozy salon with two comfortable sofas and a separate dining area. An attached bathroom with shower and toilet can be used as a guest bathroom or assigned to the double bedroom on the first floor. This is equipped with a French bed. The decor with lots of wood underlines the rustic character of the house. Canarian cuisine is also located on the ground floor. It is tailored to the needs of our holiday guests and offers the usual amenities. Also on the lower level, but elevated a few stairs, you will find the in-house heated jacuzzi - overlooking the spacious sun terrace. The Jacuzzi is used both in summer and winter, just to relax or look at the stars. Whether barbecue evenings or sunbathing by the pool - the terrace area is well equipped. The terrace has an all-round curved pool (heated all year round) and a separate barbecue corner with natural stone grill and dining area. Of course, sunbeds and umbrellas are part of the basic equipment of the bodega. A relatively steep staircase with 20 steps with 20 steps leads upstairs. In the tower there is another bedroom with two single beds and great views of the terrace and the wide fields of the area. The associated bathroom is a little lower on an intermediate level. Overall, La Bodega is a spacious, high-quality holiday villa for a maximum of 4 people. Please note that due to the architectural nature, it is not suitable for people with physical handicaps. Rather, it offers space for young and young-at-heart people, families, and fellow travelers who value their privacy in the vacation home. Guest access La Bodega is a fully enclosed residential unit reserved exclusively for you. You have your own house with kitchen and salon, your own hot tub and your private terrace with pool. The finca includes two other residential units that are rented to holidaymakers - El Almacen and La Tienda. We live in the authentically left main part of the finca. Other things to note The almost two hundred year old finca used to belong to a winery. Here the wine was made, stored and sold, which the entire area is very famous. The property has been lovingly restored without changing the structural conditions. Since then, the houses located in the side parts of the finca have been rented out as rustic vacation rentals. The wine press was located in La Bodega, where the wine was made. The camp was located in El Almacen, and the finished product was sold in La Tienda. In these three residential units, we welcome our holiday guests today. The middle part of the Finca is largely preserved in its original state. This part has been living in us, Michael and Bettina for several years. So we are there for you as a contact person on site. It also has some activities on the finca. If you'd like, feel free to join the weekly muses in our beautiful patio, which welcomes you with the charm of a bygone time. But you may also want to explore the surroundings on a guided hike. The previous manager became well deserved to rest in June 2022, and so we are now allowed to continue the long-term tradition of renting.
