Enjoy this 2 bedroom historic home in Downtown Carlisle, PA. This home is recently renovated, has free on street parking, and is within walking distance to downtown Carlisle. This rental is located UP a flight of steep steps! This rental is a townhouse, there are neighbors on both sides and below! This space is IN TOWN, please expect to hear the noises associated with living in town. Please do not book if you are not used to townhouse, in town, noise level! Space is SMALL. The space The space is located UP a flight of steep wooden steps! Two bedrooms with queen beds, a kitchen, full bath, SMALL living space, and a sunroom. Kitchen is small and does not have a standard convection oven, just a countertop convection oven, induction stovetop, toaster, & microwave. Neighbors to the left and right are not my tenants, I have ZERO control over them. Borough noise ordinance states M-Th 9PM quiet hours begin, F-Sun 11PM. Guest access The porch, front door up to the entire upstairs living space, free on street parking. The front door landing as you enter inside the door is PRIVATE not shared, the door to my residence is LOCKED on your side. Other things to note This space is IN TOWN, please expect to hear people, dogs, emergency vehicles! I have NO control over neighbors to the left and right of the space. If you have a sound issue please let me know, but understand that we have no control over them as they are not my tenants! Do NOT book me if you are noise adverse, my neighbors are new and have been less than neighborly!! I cannot do anything about it before borough quiet hours begin! I live here and it’s no issue for me, I have noise machines in every room and earplugs if needed. Regardless, I want you to LOVE your stay in Carlisle, so please book somewhere else if you are worried about noise. The space is located UP a flight of STEEP steps! This is a home, be respectful of our things! Absolutely NO smoking in the house. Clean up after pets and NO pets on beds. Kitchen does not have a standard oven, only a large Ninja convection oven.
