Enjoy lovely sunsets at Spinnaker Cove, a spacious home on the shore of Green Bay. Owned by the Anderson family since 1980, the home includes a west facing 75 foot private stone swimming beach, large yard, two decks, fire pit, spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. Spinnaker Cove is a spacious yet cozy home with room for everyone. Our home accommodates 12 people comfortably in 6 bedrooms. The lakeside living room, two outdoor decks, shaded yard and water front offer great spaces to relax, connect and make memories while enjoying Door County. Well equipped kitchen and dining areas also provide gathering spaces for families and friends to share meals or to hang out and play games together. It is within a mile of the Sister Bay Marina, City Beach and some of Door County's best restaurants. Also nearby are popular shopping opportunities as well as miles and miles of quiet hiking and biking in state parks. Entry code to key box is provided prior to check-in. Host contact information will be provided one day prior to your arrival. Non-emergency questions and comments will be responded to within one business day. BEFORE YOUR BOOKING CAN BE ACCEPTED: We are now REQUIRED by the Town of Liberty Grove to keep a guest registry of the names and addresses of all of our guests before we can accept a booking. Guest must provide their own hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, shower items and paper product including toilet paper. These items are not available at the house. We are sorry, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Because we are in a neighborhood, please keep the noise level to a minimum at all times and quiet after 10pm. Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. Guests under the age of 18 years old are not allowed to stay on the property without parent or legal guardian supervision. Absolutely NO underage drinking, drugs, smoking, fireworks or excessive noise on the property, which could result in immediate eviction from the property without any refunds. Guests must sign our vacation rental property agreement. The link to sign the agreement will be provided once the reservation is made.
