Mueller Condo close to everything!

Only 4 miles from downtown, the condo is located in the fantastic Mueller Neighborhood. Mueller is a "new urbanist" develop which combines green space, parks, a children's museum, bars, restaurants, housing and mixed-use (retail/commercial) all within easy walking or biking distance. Mueller is designed for getting outside, with miles of hike and bike trails and bike-friendly streets. The space Living/Dining/Kitchen All located in the same great room. It is a gathering spot that includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, a dining table with seating for 4, sofa, chair, and recliner and large wall-mounted tv. Access to many popular tv apps available through your account. Workout Room Includes Bowflex workout station, dumb bells, stationary bike trainer, fan. Upstairs Landing Desk and chair, recliner Master Bedroom West facing room with filtered light through the trees in the afternoon. King size bed with memory foam mattress. Armoire, tv. All the pictures were taken within a 10 minute walk from the condo. Must be 25+ to rent. We require a VERIFIED ID and FACIAL PHOTO for all of our guests. Access to the neighborhood pools nearby. Multiple parks, trails in the neighborhood. Pharr public tennis courts and public Morris Williams golf course less than 1 mile away. Other things to note -Please be sure you have uploaded a photo, have a verified ID, and include information about yourself before requesting to book. -My home is in a quiet residential neighborhood; please respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am. -NO PETS/ANIMALS. We respect our guests with allergies. -Please be aware that I do have exterior cameras to monitor my home.
