The charming house in Rhens – just a five-minute walk from the Rhine – was completely renovated in 2022 and combines historic half-timbered charm with modern comfort. On three floors and around 55 m², it offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation, a spontaneous short trip or productive remote work. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and a basic set of spices. The modern bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and shower utensils. On the first floor you will find a cozy bedroom with a 1.80 × 2 m bed, wardrobe, TV, board games and seating. On the second floor there is another bedroom with an equally comfortable double bed. Thanks to the idyllic location, the tiny half-timbered house is the perfect starting point for walks along the Rhine, excursions to the surrounding area or relaxing hours in your private retreat. On a total of three floors with around 55 square meters you have access to: - Hallway with wardrobe - Bathroom with spacious shower and shower essentials - Fully equipped kitchen and dining area - Two bedrooms with one 1.80 × 2 meter bed each Other things to note A spiral staircase leads to the next floor. The spiral staircase is not suitable for small children or people with disabilities.
