Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment, washing machine located inside the apartment and single car bay located behind the secured complex gate. Other things to note - There are 2 x steps which you will need to walk down/up from the communal pathway take you to and from the complex parking through to the communal areas to access the apartment. - You will be required to walk up 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment located on level 2 (top floor) of the complex - you agree and adhere that there are no lifts at the complex. - This is an older style complex and due to it's age, the electricity coming in to the apartment can be limited and guests need to be cautious of what is used. To limit power, it is best to not overload the electric switchboard with the appliances and you will be required to turn over a couple of switches in the switchboard in the kitchen. This therefore means that if you need to use the electric hot plate, the hot water switch will need to be turned off and vice versa. The switchboard is located in the kitchen for easy access and all switches are clearly labelled. - The communal laundry facilities in the building are currently unavailable. We kindly ask that you refrain from using the machines at this time. However, please note that this unit is equipped with a washer for your convenience.
