You will love the very friendly & small gated community here & enjoy the convience of a washer / dryer in the unit, 2 reclining massage chairs, 3 large TV’s with cable & indoor & outdoor dining tables & a pool and beach entrance just minutes from your door! Both bedrooms have walk in closets & king size beds, medium firm & extra firm mattresses. The master in an EnSuite with shower & tub combo & the other has the bathroom with stand up shower just outside the door. **For this oceanfront condo with private beach the HOA requires an approval application form be sent to the office with a non-refundable $150 check"** Guest access Gated community with access to a shared pool & private beach access. Other things to note OCEAN TOWERS associate requires a 30 day notice to approve each guest. A $500 refundable security deposit is required to be sent to Landlord within 2 weeks of booking this property. The Tenant(s) shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. Tenant(s) shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants. Landlord shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. Tenant(s) agree that the Landlord shall deduct from the Security Deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. HOA POLICIES Trucks without a flat cover are not permitted & will be towed at owner’s expense. Max of 2 parking spaces. HOA policy is one month minimum rental & no animals allowed. An application for lease approval is required to be mailed to the office accompanied with a non refundable $150 fee for processing.
