With room for up to four guests, this playful tiny home invites families, friends, and adventure crews to settle in and enjoy the magic of Southern Utah together. The loft features a king bed and the main floor offers two cozy twin beds - plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day on the trails. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed for real cooking and easy snacking, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, cooktop, sink, coffee maker, generous counter space, cookware, dishes, utensils, and smart storage for all your essentials. Kick back in the living area with AC, Wi-Fi, and a TV, or head outside to your private deck for desert evenings done right. Light up the fire pit, grill on the BBQ, and enjoy outdoor seating under the vast southern Utah sky - stars included. Arcadia also offers free parking, EV charging, and access to our playground and open spaces, making it the perfect home base for families exploring Zion, Gooseberry Mesa, Water Canyon, Sand Hollow, and beyond. Settle in, stretch out, and let the adventure begin. Before you book, a note on our tiny homes. In most of our homes the bed is in a loft, reached by stairs or a ladder, with a low ceiling. In some, the bed is on the main floor but tucked under the loft, so the ceiling is still low. A few of our homes have a bed on the main floor at full standing height. Message us before booking if stairs or low ceilings are a concern and we will point you to the right home. Guest access You’ll have full access to your tiny home, the outdoor deck, and convenient parking directly beside the unit. Feel free to explore our shared park space, enjoy the wide-open desert views, and plug in at our onsite Tesla charger. With endless public lands just steps away, adventure begins the moment you arrive. If anything comes up during your stay, we’re only a message away and happy to help. Other things to note Most guests visit us for Zion National Park, but Southern Utah offers far more than one iconic destination. From our tiny home community, you’re within easy reach of some of the region’s most breathtaking landscapes: Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon, Gooseberry Mesa, and Pipe Spring National Monument—all roughly 20 minutes to 2 hours away. The area is a playground for outdoor lovers, with endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, sand-dune adventures, swimming, stargazing, and scenic photography. A can’t-miss local gem is Water Canyon, just 20 minutes from the property. This free, beginner-friendly hike leads through towering canyon walls to a beautiful waterfall—an unforgettable experience before or after your Zion adventure.
