The Mitchell House Circa 1947 Entire Home

The Mitchell Family built the house in 1947. She was the First Lady elected to Lithonia gov’t. There is a child’s room with a twin bunk bed and a trundle bed. The Mitchell House is within walking distance to a library, shopping center, Post Office, a park with an outdoor pool, and the MARTA bus line. The Mall at Stonecrest and a lot of restaurants are within 3 miles. St Mtn Park is 9 miles away, the Ga Int Horse Park is 14 Miles away, and the Atlanta venues are 14 mles. Other things to note There is a $100 non refundable fee for pets that are brought into the House and/or an immediate cancellation of the booking. A $500 fee will be charged if someone smokes in the house. I do have cameras on the outside of the house only. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed and no parties are allowed. There is a potential of noise because of an amphitheater located blocks away. We are in the south. There is deer, raccoons, opossums and an occasional bug that may come in, if you don’t feel comfortable with this please do not book my house.
