Country house located in a gated community a few blocks from downtown Cota, with large green areas and magnificent mountain views. Ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy a quiet place to rest. Pets are welcome! Rates: -Person per night: $90,000. -Cleaning fee: $75,000 -Pets: $10,000. We organize events in other spaces, so we DO NOT rent the house for parties or night events. IG: @eventseldarien The space -Beds for 6 people and double sofa beds for 6 people. Total, 12 guests. -The house is part of a residential complex of 3 houses. Share the entire front area (patio, playground, and parking aisle) with the residents of the other houses. -There is free parking space for one (1) car only. Guest access Our guests can use: -The front patio shared with the residents of the other houses in the complex. -All areas inside the house. ADDITIONAL GUESTS DURING THE STAY Advance notice is required if additional guests other than those registered in the reservation will be present during the stay. Other things to note EVENTS: We are organizers and planners of events in Cota and we have two country spaces available, different from this house, for private and business events.
