Enjoy a spacious, private apartment in an old home nestled in a quiet corner of Southeast Rochester with culture and nightlife nearby. Located in Swillburg, it is near the city center, U of R, and Rochester’s many museums, universities, and restaurants. Inside, relish in the memory foam beds, renovated full kitchen, claw foot tub, comfortable furnishings, and blazing fast Wi-Fi. And, with the owner living on site, it’s like having a friendly neighbor upstairs. You’ll always feel safe. The space This vintage home, built in 1910, has the charm of an old home with original wood mixed with understated modern furnishings. The apartment is stocked to be a home away from home and has high speed fiber optic internet. The suite includes king and queen beds, a newly renovated full kitchen, a claw foot tub, a large dining table, and comfortable seating for the large tv. In addition, if pre-arranged, I can even allow access to a washer and dryer! Please let me know what else I can do to make your stay comfortable. I’m always open to suggestions. Guest access Guests will have full and sole access to the two bedroom apartment. The front porch is a shared entrance and entirely available to enjoy the peaceful street. The backyard has a fire pit, patio, hammock, and gardens. Due to the close proximity to the neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced in outdoor areas. The host also uses the back yard and arrangements should be made for privacy. Other things to note There is a keyless entry with a code for the main front door. You will have your own key for your unit.
