The living room boasts a beautiful comfortable couch and an armchair to relax in, views of the mountains in two directions, a Sony TV, and board games to play.  Two bedrooms have luxury queen beds with down comforters and pillows, night tables, and closets for clothes/suitcases. One room has a standup desk should anyone want to do some remote working - the fiber internet quality is exceptional. The third bedroom has a single trundle bed that converts into a double bed. Enjoy hotel-quality linens throughout. We have a baby portable crib shall you need it. Small dogs (only) are welcome (we love them) and offer a bed, food, and water bowls, and toys for your furry family member. New Mitsubishi air conditioning/heating units in every room will keep you warm or cool depending on the weather. Cozy throw blankets and extra bed blankets are available should you wish. The kitchen has everything you need for your morning brew or tea and for cooking meals or preparing snacks. A comfortable and ample kitchen table with chairs and a bench will surely fit your group. All kitchen appliances are brand new. White countertops, white tile, and gray cabinets all work together to give the kitchen a bright, modern, and clean feel that will leave you relaxed and refreshed as you cook your meals. The laundry consists of a full-size, brand-new LG HE front-load washer and a dryer - protecting our environment! Bathrooms have stunning modern showers with wide rain shower heads, and glass doors, along with custom-built floating vanities. There is plenty of space for your toiletries. Cozy, high-quality beach towels are provided so that you can relax at the beach. The street is very quiet, day or night as cars are mostly not allowed on the streets below. You can access everything in the old town within minutes: beaches, the famous outdoor market, the Picasso Museum, and dozens of restaurants, from Michelin star notables to cafes, are within a 5-minute walk. Don't miss out on the local merchants that offer luxurious soaps, clothing, bags, jewelry, decor pieces, etc. Take in events around town in the squares: music, art walk, flea markets, and much more. This town will surely steal your heart as much as it has ours. Guest access Access to the home is very easy. Our property manager will meet you to, give you the keys, show you around, and answer your questions. There is underground paid parking nearby as well as free parking lots.
