This newly built house, located in a quiet cul de sac of 10 houses, is just 1.8 miles from Goring sea front and 1.9 miles to Worthing. Our garden has a slide and trampoline perfect for the children whilst adults can relax on our outside sofa complete with a gas firepit. The space Our bright and airy house benefits from a large kitchen diner which can comfortably sit 6 around the table and also has a snug area with TV and sofa. The underfloor heating throughout downstairs means it is never too hot or too cold. The lounge, complete with corner sofa and piano is a lovely space to relax in. Upstairs we have four large bedrooms, one complete with en-suite. The main bathroom benefits from a bath and a separate shower. Situated on a corner plot the well maintained garden is lovely to relax in. Or if you are young you might forego the relaxing to bounce on the trampoline or go up and down the slide! The outdoor corner sofa is perfect to sit on in the sun. If it gets chilly in the evenings you can always light the gas fire pit and continue to enjoy the peaceful evening. Guest access The whole house and garden is available for you to access. Please note this is our family home and personal belongings will still be at the property during your stay. The garage will be locked during your stay and there will be no access to it. The utility room will also be locked so please note there is no use of washing/drying facilities.
