Charming house for a relaxing stay located south of Angoulême. This accommodation will be the perfect base for your visits to Angoulême (15 km) and the Cognac region (30 km) with its Blues Passions Festival in July. Craving seafood? The Atlantic coast is only 1.5 hours away! You can also visit castles in the Bordeaux region (Blaye, Libourne 1.5 hours away). The space You will be welcomed in a very functional 100 m² old house with a charming small garden that is not overlooked. On the ground floor you will find: - an equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine (bean), toaster, raclette machine - a living room with fireplace, sofa bed (can make 2 extra beds), table for 6-8 people, stereo - a living room with 2-3 seater sofa with flat screen and home theater - one bedroom with a 120 bed (1 adult or 2 young children) and possibility of adding an extra bed rather reserved for a child (provided), storage closet - a second bedroom overlooking the garden with a 160 bed and storage closet - a bathroom, a separate toilet. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and garden, equipped with a plancha, a hammock and 2 deck chairs. You will have access to the hot tub located on the veranda. Upstairs: - an attic master suite with its bathroom and toilet. A private courtyard in front of the house that can accommodate 2 vehicles. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels (1 to 2 towels/person) will be at your disposal. In the kitchen area, dish towels and hand towels as well as household products will be provided. This house is my primary residence during the year that I rent during my absences. Some personal belongings will remain, thank you in advance for respecting them and taking care of the home as if it were your own, it's always a pleasure! Guest access You will have access to everything except the office. Other things to note 2 adult bikes can be made available upon request at the time of booking.
