You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place! Your private room awaits you in a lovely appointed home w artwork & musical instruments from around the world, native & oriental rugs and antique furniture! In addition to having access to the kitchen and living room, you can enjoy the front and back patios with ample shade for outdoor dining or simply to lounge by (or in!) the pool. The space My home is a "split plan" meaning that your bedroom and bath is on the back left side of the home and my personal space is in the front room (office) and on the right side of the home (my bed and bath) with a large living room in between. There are three ways to access the pool and back patio either through the front door, the living room’s sliding glass door (when I’m not teaching) or via the kitchen’s side door that has a lovely garden that leads you to the back patio. Guest access You will have access to the shared living room, kitchen, indoor dining area, front patio with table, chairs and shade; side garden, back patio with shaded dining area, plenty of seating and lounging areas, plus a swimming pool that is open year round. It’s not heated, but guests recently enjoyed a cold water plunge! Brrr! Your bathroom is right next to the bedroom for easy access. During your stay I am available to help during your stay. I live on the premises. I will give you my cell number once you book the space and will do my very best to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and safe! Other things to note I have a 5 year old Shih Tzu doggie (15 pounds) that you will only see if you want to! He is friendly, hypo-allergenic and shed free. I teach piano in the house during the day approximately three times per week - for about six hours total. I have a bike you can use during your stay. It has a lock and a helmet.
