Located in Adormideras, a privileged neighborhood with 3 small coves, the Torre de Hércules sculpture park, and the seafront promenade within a 10-minute walk. The city center is just 5 minutes by car or bus, or 20 minutes on foot—perfect for combining seaside tranquility with easy access to urban life. Not a tourist flat. Ideal for families or professionals on a seasonal assignment in A Coruña. The space Our apartment is very bright and offers side sea views. It has two bedrooms with double beds, perfect for groups of up to 4 adults. If needed, we can provide a travel crib for a small child. There is a large walk-in closet leading to the main bathroom, with plenty of space to store everything you need during your stay. The second bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub. The living/dining area includes a sofa zone with a coffee table and TV, and a dining area with good internet connection. We also have a large bookshelf with family books passed down for many years. It’s locked, but if you’d like to read any, just ask us and we’ll gladly lend them ;) The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you might need, including an espresso machine with coffee, and complete kitchenware. To make your arrival easier, we provide oil, salt, pepper, and a welcome pack with essentials for washing and cleaning. Important: This apartment is not a tourist flat. Due to the new municipal ordinance, we only rent for periods of 30 days or more. A rental contract will be signed before handing over the keys, in full compliance with the temporary / seasonal rental regulations.
